Monday Meditation & Soup Supper
If you’ve heard of the benefits meditation can bring to a frenetic life, but have trouble creating the space or structure to make it happen, this might be a good session for you.
This gentle monthly meditation series starts with a brief discussion, followed by a calming guided meditation, and ends with an optional bowl of nourishing soup and crusty bread.
