Interior Design Alumni Event Held in Orlando

INTERIOR DESIGN

Department of Interior Design Alumni, Advisory Board Members, and FSU Faculty and Administrators gathered in Orlando for and alumni reception, advisory board meeting, and tour of the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center.

DANCE

This summer, Ilana Goldman choreographed a ballet titled Gaining Ground for ARC Dance, a Seattle-based contemporary ballet company, which was performed at the Seattle Center.

Leslie Donna Flesner (BFA Music Theatre, 2008) has been named one of Florida State University’s Thirty under 30 for 2015.

MoFA’s “The Tallahassee International” Opening the Fall

MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS

MoFA’s “The Tallahassee International” will be opening the Fall. The first winners of the competition were hosted in 1986, so this season the Museum of Fine Arts celebrates thirty years of intriguing works by ingenious artists.

RINGLING

The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art broke a single-year total visitors record during 2014-15. The Ringling welcomed 400,209 total visitors during its 2014-15 fiscal year, which is a 4 percent increase from the previous year.
