Charter Development

A new International Charter is being co-designed at this conference to inspire future action around the world on campuses and beyond.  The Charter is intended to guide and inspire action for practice, research and policy. It will embrace a holistic view of health and recognize all campus members as part of healthy campus communities, including students, staff and academics.  It will also take a broad, systemic approach to creating healthy and sustainable campus communities where everyone thrives.

working draft of the Charter has been created.  We invite you to share your ideas for the new charter on Twitter, using the hashtag
#designthecharter.  Themes, values, concepts, and action strategies that emerge from the participatory charter development process will shape the Charter document.

Thanks for Supporting Ride Don't Hide

On June 21st, the Canadian Mental Health Association hosted it's annual Ride Don't Hide community bike ride in cities across Canada.  The goal of the event each year is to raise awareness and help break the stigma surrounding mental health while raising essential funds to support mental health programs.

We are pleased to announce that the Canadian Mental Health Association was able to raise over one million dollars to support mental health programs in our country.

A big thank you to Loop Cruisers for supporting the Healthy Minds | Healthy Campuses team with free bike rentals for the morning.
