Our next issue of Piper Press is not due out until November but by building on the success of the 2012 Henley Event this year's Piper Boats Event 2013 was bigger and better than ever so we wanted to send you this stop press.
With over 13 boats on show, the event attracted nearly 300 people over the weekend and was a hit with visitors and customers alike - we wanted to share some of the images from the weekend with you here, starting with two of our newest boats.
PILGRIM 77 feet x 15 feet commisioned September 2013
Launched just four days before the event , Dave and Trish Bee's boat Pilgrim was the centrepiece of the event at Henley. This 77' Dutch style barge has two kingsized cabins, one with a large family bathroom that includes freestanding roll-top bath and the other with ensuite shower room.
We'll be featuring full details in our next edition of Piper Press which is due out before the end of November.

A Sunny September Weekend
With the weather truly on our side for September the visitors were able to stroll along the tow path and take a look aboard all of the boats at the event. Here are some of the pictures from the weekend.
The line-up - caught on film
As le Coq from Bisham Abbey Sailing was heading off on the Sunday they kindly took a film of the 'line-up'.

The team at Piper Boats would also like to take this opportunity again to thank the owners of:
Fuss 'n' Bother
for bringing along their fabulous boats and opening them up for visitors to take a look around.
We'd also like to thank customers old and new for their support.
A big thank you also goes to everyone who took photos at the weekend and sent them through for us to use.
Below are some of the pictures from the BBQ we held on the Saturday evening to say thank you to the boat owners. Thanks to Richard and Sue Broom who invited the band Roadrunner along to provide entertainment and help celebrate Richard's 60th birthday. A great time was had by all.
