Classes Through December, Plus Coupons
New classes! On-demand content! Ice weasels! Okay, maybe not ice weasels.
Hi folks -
Here’s the listing for classes through the rest of the year. You’ll notice I’m taking September off — Wayne and I are moving after fourteen years in the same place, which is taking up some bandwidth. I will be also doing some traveling and will be in Portland in mid-September, Baltimore in late September, South Bend, Indiana in early October, Portland again mid-November and then Philly area for Thanksgiving.
I am not offering either the beginning or advanced six week workshop in this round but will again in January or February. Two new things this round: one, I’ve added some new classes in the form of the Reading Aloud Workshop, Beginnings and Endings, and Literary Techniques for Genre Fiction II, and two, I’ve added my first on-demand class, a version of the Literary Techniques for Genre Fiction, through the Fedora platform. You can find it here, and I’m including a coupon for 50% off that class, which has some additional exercises and resources; the $24.50 cost gives you lifetime access to the class.
Over the course of the next six months, I’ll be creating on-demand versions of all of my classes as well as a special certificate of completion.
Here’s the calendar for the online in-person classes, with the date and time for each. All times are Pacific Time. Cost for a workshop is $99; former students receive a 10% discount.
