Why Sports Massage?
I usually advocate Sports Massage as a way of managing muscular pain or stiffness not caused by injury, rather caused by exercise or just hard work!
I also recommend Sports Massage as a maintenance approach for older injuries that have been settled by conventional Physiotherapy and now need regular management.
Otherwise, it just feels good! A great treat for yourself or a loved one.
