Our February Spin/Yoga session was so fun! Throughout the month of March, we are offering Spin/Yoga classes Monday evenings at 6:30-8: 15 pm! This is a pre-paid session for the month. Please call 519-534-6000 for more information. **Update, we have 2 bikes open for Mondays class and Wednesdays class is SOLD OUT***
If Spinning isn't your thing, that's ok! We are also offering spots for the yoga portion of the Monday and Wednesday night spin/yoga class. The yoga portion will include essential oils and yoga assists, both great for mind body and spirit.

Wiarton Fitness Centre will be presenting two, forty five minute workshops on exercising and mental health geared to youth. This workshop will feature the popular Pound. Rockout. Workout. and Yoga.
