Due to high demand we are bringing back a
2nd SPIN/YOGA COMBO CLASS!

Join us on Wednesday January 23rd for a complimentary class from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. This specialty paid program will run every Wednesday in February (other than holidays). 

There will be 45 minutes of Spin followed by a
45 minute Yoga class.
This class will be offered to the first 8
people only as spots are limited.
Ask staff for details today!
