WFC is excited to host the 5 km Wiarton Willie Groundhog Jog warm up, on February 3rd! Join Amy Thompson, Personal Trainer as she takes us through a variety of exercises to prepare for the jog.

Info: Every Groundhog Day, there’s an opportunity to get out and run a fun 5k! Sunday morning during the Wiarton Willie Festival, the run starts at the high school and sets out around town catching all the sights.

Our January intro Spin/Yoga session was so fun! Throughout the month of February, we are offering Spin/Yoga classes on both Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30-8 pm! This is a pre-paid session for the month. Please call 519-534-6000 for more information and to be put on a wait list. 
***Yoga Open**
If Spinning isn't your thing, that's ok!
We are also offering spots for the yoga portion of the Monday and Wednesday night spin/yoga classes. The yoga portion will include essential oils and yoga assists, both great for mind body and spirit. 
The yoga portion is 7:15-8 pm. Currently there are 2 spots open in each Monday and Wednesday class, register now 519-534-6000.
This is a pre paid program for the month.
