April Group Class Schedule

Our March Spin/Yoga session was so fun! Throughout the month of April, we are offering Spin/Yoga classes Wednesday evenings at 6:30-8: 15 pm! This is a pre-paid session for the month. Please call 519-534-6000 for more information.

We are also offering spots for the yoga portion of the Wednesday night spin/yoga class. The yoga portion will include essential oils and yoga assists, both great for mind body and spirit. 
The yoga portion is 7:15-8:15 pm. Register now 519-534-6000.

NEW!!! WGC will have a Personal Trainer on site. Find blocked times on our group class schedule where our Personal Trainer will be at the gym available to help with questions and exercises. This NEW service is complimentary to all members. We encourage everyone to come and use this service, WFC wants to help support everyone's success! Blocked times for April are Saturday mornings from 8-9 am. 
We are hosting a FREE Kombucha class on Saturday April 13th! Come to learn all about Kombucha from a
Sipologist Cassandra Bauer. 
Join Wiarton Fitness Centre as one of the breakout sessions for the 2019 5th Annual Share Event, presented by the Grey Bruce We C.A.R.E. Project on May 2nd from 10-2 pm.

Wiarton Fitness Centre will be presenting two, forty five minute workshops on exercising and mental health geared to youth. This workshop will feature the popular Pound. Rockout. Workout. and Yoga.  This workshop will help give youth the tools to cope and grow in their daily lives with fitness. Are you a youth or know a youth who would benefit from this workshop?

Workshop times are:

11-11:45 am
 1-1:45 pm.
