Based in Kensington, London Universal Music is the global music leader with strong market positions in recorded music, music publishing, and merchandising.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with artist’s management with the view to obtaining permission to use either Universal Music UK, or other Universal Music Group International tracks for international compilation projects.
- Working closely with Licensing colleagues and Product Managers, Catalogue and UMTV to effectively clear repertoire in line with key project timescales – this will involve working to tight deadlines.
- Helping Universal employee’s world-wide to determine rights for tracks and helping with any other queries that arise.

- Assist with website administration including implementation of new web pages

Sky is looking to recruit young talent into their two year journalism program. Applicants must be 18 by 1 September 2016 as successful candidates can potentially deal with content that is not suitable for younger people.
Your skills
To apply, you'll have:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE grades A*-C (including English and Maths plus a minimum grade B in English Language). In addition, a minimum of two A-Levels grades A* – C, or a BTEC Diploma (merit or distinction) in a relevant subject.
- A passion for sports and sports news content (essential).
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
- Ideally, you’ll be able to pick things up quickly in this fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collecting accurate information through thorough research
- Liaising with the sales team on data found and on any new information that may be required
- Support other departments in the company as and when needed
- Completing administrative work as required
- To work to tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
