October-November 2013

Here's a brief overview of what the Community Food Systems Team has been up to lately and some opportunities to get involved:
  • The second annual CFS Team statewide meeting on September 4-5th was a huge success!  Participants noted that the meeting provided a space for great interdisciplinary discussions super networking opportunities! Thanks to everyone who participated. You can check out some of the PowerPoint presentations and pictures from the meeting, by clicking on this link: Annual CFS Team In-services Archives
  • Andrew Bernhardt and Samuel Pratsch, along with other long-time team members, held a CFS Team meeting at the ANRE Conference on October 10th.  Word is, the meeting was really successful- you can read all about it here: ANRE Conference-CFS Team Meeting.
  • Looking for community food systems resources?  Check out our colleague resource blog page.  If you don't find what you are looking for, please contact Erin Peot, erin.peot@ces.uwex.edu or 608-890-4606 with requests, suggestions, ideas.
