Plot Registration & Online Payment:
Returning gardeners must register their plot by February 28th, 2014 to retain priority status. For new gardeners it is first come, first served for after the returning gardeners are assigned their plots. For new and returning gardeners, the plot must be paid for by March 31st, 2014.You can not wait until the Spring Social to pay. Please check out the "Apply for a Plot" page on our website to get started!
We are currently working on setting up an online payment system for garden registration in hopes that it will be ready for the 2014 gardening season! Until we send an email confirming that the online system is up and running, please be ready to pay by sending your cheque and waiver in the mail to the Garden Collective. The address is listed on the waiver form and on the on-line registration form when you apply for a plot.
UPCOMING EVENT: An Evening for Seed Sharing:
Do you have extra seeds that you are not sure what to do with? Perhaps you are looking to try growing a new vegetable but do not want to commit to purchasing an entire package from a catalogue? Come down to our seed sharing event on February 26th with your extra seeds (or a small donation) and swap seeds with your fellow gardeners. This is also a wonderful opportunity to share your gardening knowledge with others.
No gardening experience required! All levels of gardening experience is welcome to the event.
We have an ample supply of lettuce mix seeds as well as beans and peas. We also have a limited amount of various other seeds. If you have any vegetable seeds that you are willing to donate, it would be much appreciated.
A thank you to Harmonic Herbs for generously donating seeds for our event!
