National Rosé Day
Saturday, June 10th

Stop by and celebrate! In the style of a Provence rosé, our 2016 Yukari rosé features a blend of four French red grapes – Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Malbec – all grown in our vineyards. Winemakers Carl and Nate use the saignée method, removing pink juice after just a few hours in the fermenting bin and then processing in steel tanks.

French wine scholar and friend Jacqueline Chambliss notes that in France, dry rosés are known for their ability to age and their complexity, and are gaining recognition for their diversity and acidity. She adds that it appeals to women as a “romantic” wine.
