A STORY OF AN ANGEL AND HOPE
After Sunday's service Linda Sherouse shared this story with me and I asked if it would be ok to share it with all of you. -Rev. Mike.
On Friday, as Ralph and I made our way home from Bangor, we found the highway to be wet with rain and the speed limit was dropped from 70 to 45 due to Black Ice! After about 120 miles we finally saw a rest area ahead and started to breathe better. My anxiety level was off the charts! A cup of coffee for Ralph and a cup of tea for me and we were ready to resume our travel. A very kind person asked in which direction we were headed and when we replied "south" he informed us that within 5-10 miles we would be out of the danger zone. I am sure he could read my worried face and felt we needed kind words of Hope and comfort. He was correct and my next prayer was in thanks for his thoughtfulness.

The Light of Love brought in $975 in 2022 to go towards the ever increasing costs of electricity. Electricity costs to date for 2022 are $2878. Thank you to all those who lit up the steeple with love. Keep it coming in 2023!
