What to Know Before You Go

Attire is business casual for all sessions and semi-formal for the Leadership dinner on Tuesday evening. You may want to carry a sweater or light jacket as the meeting areas tend to be chilly.
CEcDs, remember the conference counts towards your recertification points.

Be sure to step outside while in St. Pete to visit the Florida SBDC Network Mobile Assistance Center. You don’t want to miss learning more about this valuable BRE tool.
Take the opportunity to promote your community’s goals on the Florida SBDC Smallbiz Podcast hosted by Tom Kindred and the Indian River State College SBDC.
Familiarize yourself with We’ll be using this technology tool to inventory today’s metrics for economic, workforce, and community development. It is very intuitive and will allow us to quickly share priorities by region in real-time.

FEDC 2022 Annual Meeting

The annual meeting will also be held at the Hilton Bayfront – St. Pete. It's taking place in the St. Petersburg I & II rooms of the main floor conference area from 4:00 to 5:30 PM.

Following Dr. Johnson’s welcome address, Jennifer Taylor, 2021-22 Board Chair, will present the year in review and the slate of officers for fiscal year 2022-23.

Also, there will be a passing of the gavel from Jennifer Taylor to Suzanne Christman, CEcD, MEDP,
