Teacher Tip for Remote Learning

Use Padlet to create a virtual parking lot where students can post questions. If you use the MBA Learning Center, add a page and post a link to the Padlet on it. This keeps everything you need for the course within the LC.

Engage Learning With Digital Badges

Digital badges (micro-credentials) are a great way to engage students during remote learning and provide proof of their learning. Students will enjoy mastering a skill or achieving a goal to earn a digital badge. Use this strategy to "breadcrumb" learning in your classroom. Students earn badges in business, marketing, employability, and 21st Century Skills. Tied to standards, badges provide students with proof of their learning to post on digital portfolios and resumes, LinkedIn, even on social media.

Introduce Ethics in the Classroom

Not sure where to start teaching ethics? We can help! These three instructional modules will introduce your students to the basics of ethical behavior. Each module includes student readings, activities, assessments, discussion guides, and more! Get these three freshly updated modules at no cost thanks to a grant from the Daniels Fund High School Ethics Initiative. Then, explore the many other modules available to help you instill ethical decision-making principles.
