Time for BBQ
While our days are getting shorter and the cool air is creeping in, the BBQ Project is going strong in Trojes, Honduras, where community members possess a remarkable commitment to one of our most unique and comprehensive projects to-date.
The "BBQ" Project is fondly named for the three communities involved: El Boquerón, El Bosque & Quebrada De Oro.

Simply No Time to Waste
The truck wouldn't start. It looked like our training of 25 families in Bouda Chita, Haiti was going to have to be delayed. Mrs. Christiane Charles, Community Agent and resident, was determined not to let that happen. She rallied her community members to join her in an act of overwhelming generosity and commitment.

186 People Filled With Gratitude
Families, in the community of Los Encuentros in Trojes, Honduras, are healthier and happier today thanks to our generous donor community!
Last spring, we raised funds to bring 35 families and their local school life-changing safe water and sanitation solutions. Today:
- All homes and the school have sustainable access to clean water and safe sanitation facilities.
- All families and teachers received essential hygiene training.
- All participated in anti-parasite treatments.
- All Community Agents received training to support the long-term use of the tools and practices.
These 186 people are filled with gratitude as they enjoy the invaluable gifts of improved health and renewed hope for a much brighter future. Thank you so much!

Partners-In-Action: AWT & PWW
Last week, PWW was honored to participate in the annual AWT Convention, hosted in San Diego, CA this year. PWW received a very warm welcome into the AWT family.
We spent three days sharing information and ideas, and discussing ways that, together, we can make an even greater impact on our planet.
The event ended with an incredible evening on the USS Midway, where AWT members offered generous donations to support the BBQ Project.
