Dear <<First Name>>,
Another heatwave week so I've been blitzing up gazpacho as it really is the lazy person's summer meal. I've drunk a fair few gallons of spritz too to stay hydrated (obvs) and Ive been making various ice creams and sorbets too. One of my top favourites and not just because I like bitter kinds of drinks (Unicum, campari, aperol, jagermeister and so on) is a pink grapefruit and aperol sorbet that needs no fancy pants ice cream machine to make it. On the bitter theme...the cherry stone cooler that I first made last summer is just fabulous...the leaves give it a zippy astringency ...soooo thirst quenching.
