For coffee afficionados BLOOM - 7 George Vraca - takes its coffee seriously with weekly coffee changes. This week Cosmin has for your taste buds "Some new beauties on the board. Our friends from @koppi_roasters roasted the most delicious Ethiopia // Biftu Gudina we tasted so far. @thebarnberlin brought the sexy back with a White Honey // Costa Rica // La Bandera and a balanced Guatemala // Bosques." plus a brilliant "Cascara & Tonic" ...my new favourite summer tipple...and it doesnt even contain alcohol!
I'm super excited to be serving our Smart Cookie range of cakes and cookies plus a weekly quiche at BLOOM.. I've been making cakes and cookies with no refined sugar and a lower glycemic index for many of you over the years and its one of my favourite things to do in the kitchen :)

Honey Bears 7 - little gingerbread bears made with rye ("Secara") flour and a little honey and fructose
Granola Bars 8 - breakfast to go. These are sweetened with "Magiun de prune" (Plum paste) only.
Carrot Cake 7 - Classic carrot cake with our special orange juice frosting.
Chocolate Digestives 9 - Oatmeal and 85% Colombian chocolate.
