Dear <<First Name>>,
Rachel Sargent BEng ACA WSET® II
Lets sail off to a sunny spice isle this Sunday and warm up with intoxicating spices! I never ever get tired of messing around with cloves, cinnamon, cardamon and ginger - grinding spices and inhaling that magical smell. I particularly love how they use quite a lot of clove and cinnamon in Zanzibar and I have two fabulous recipes to share this Sunday - a bright orange fragrant soup packed with flavour and goodness and a lovely warming fish curry with subtle spices and coconut.
I hope you will enjoy these lovely detoxifying and nourishing dishes because spices and herbs not only warm us and delight our senses they are natures own healers. "Masoor Dahl" with lots and lots of ginger and turmeric in it, my Aloo Gobi (Cauliflower & Potato) and the little Sri Lankan chick pea cakes "Masala Vadai" plus the really wonderful (sounds weird but its great) "Eggplant & Green Banana Curry" and for coriander nuts like me,the fresh coriander chutney...mmmm! We are also making some very special ice cream, gingery fruit salad and some of our special Turmeric & Ginger tea too!
Please do book in advance as we cook the food freshly specially for this event on email@example.com or tel 0736 933 531
