Dear <<First Name>>,

I don’t know why I was in a bit of a Dolce Vita mood this week…and short of a bit of ravishing in the Trevi fountain found myself baking biscotti, throwing together a “minestrone de primavera” and messing around with gnocchi instead. I also got enthusiastic about making pasta so that’s what we are doing on Friday…I better remember everything I was taught by the bionic arm grandmothers in Italy!!

Week # 13 Menu & Wines
Like I said…..I was in a Dolce Vita mood so there is a souffle inspired by the brilliant Paul Vetri, a classic “minestrone de primavera” , a Tagliata with a Romanian spin and some gnocchi in a spring sauce with peas and lemon.  To refresh the palate a lemon and basil sorbet and to finish an orange and amaretto tiramisu.  Of course all your favourites on our a la carte menu available too.  See this week’s menu here
Richard paired some brilliant wines including a Gavi which is one of my favourites. Come and enjoy these special wines by the bottle or the glass this week. Check out the wines here
