Dear <<First Name>>,

Amazing THANK YOU to all our wonderful clients who braved snow and blizzards to come to the Whisky Tasting & Haggis Night, a private birthday party, Saturday baking class and the Sunday brunch all in the deep deep snow!  So now this week (apparently just one week of Siberian weather before it warms up to a balmy 3C next Monday!) its all about warmth and comfort food….warming soups…comfort Shepherds Pie and a lovely spicy flavourful veggie Tikka Masala. Get the menu here!  And if you cant brave the weather our brave driver Dl Marian will deliver.

To warm the cockles of your heart too a fabulous lunch offer: Spend  50 Ron or more on lunch this week (Tues through Saturday) and receive a FREE HOT coffee, HOT tea, HOT mulled wine, HOT Mayan Chocolate or HOT “tuica fierta” which is so potent it set off the gas alarm….ooooops! red faces in front of the gas men who apparently are familiar with this problem – phew!   COOK! EAT! DRINK! on Friday when we will prepare a menu featuring winter citrus to give us a much needed dose of sunshine.  Cant wait! And if the kids are getting snow cabin crazy drop them off here Saturday am for their own “oranges n lemons” cooking class!

This week’s BLOBS ladies Night we welcome talented artist Ramona Pintea (see more here) who grew up in Transylvania but was educated in London shares her story with us and bring a couple of her canvases too.  I’ve created a buffet with a few HOT dishes too like porcini risotto so plenty to nibble on and plenty to drink too and I think we will need some mulled wine, hot tuica and I also thought we needed a chocolate & cardamon mousse. Yum!
Now…talking of chocolate…here is the February calendar with plenty of chances to access your inner Juliet Binoche, cook for your loved one or just let us take the strain and come and relax and enjoy a meal here which will feature quite heavily on the dark side of the chocolate spectrum. No need to feel guilty – dark chocolate is full of iron and is a powerful antioxidant too – promise!

Okey dokey folks…here are the details below with more to be listed in detail next week - as ever please do book events  in advance as we are only small and we don’t want you disappointed!
