This weekend we celebrate St Andrews Day with some Scottish fare -  Haggis Scotch Eggs, some Salmon on oatcakes, brilliant craft Scottish beers from  Martins The Real Beer shop on Vasile Lascar and some shortbread and cranachan with a slice of "cloothie dumpling"  - where else on a Sunday will you be having one of those in Bucharest? 

Mums in town so together upstairs we will be doing a Healthy Cooking Workshop from 2-4.30pm with all kinds of stuff going on...its suitable for adults and kids with lots of fast fun recipes and ways to learn how to make delicious food that just happens to be healthy. Pink rye bread (with beetroot), no sugar mincemeat (with "magiun de prune')..the really gorgeous vineyard jam that I learnt in Italy made with reduced grape juice or "must" and lots more ...
