SHARE meeting and Researchers’ Day, 15-16 May, Glasgow

We’re looking forward to the upcoming SHARE network meeting for early career researchers and Researchers’ Day for all collaborators on 15 and 16 May at Glasgow University. If you’ve not already, please register your place to find out more about the hub’s work and how you can get involved, as well as networking and funding opportunities.

Job opportunity at Department for Transport: Senior Policy Advisor - Low Carbon Fuels

The Department for Transport is looking for a highly motivated policy professional with a good scientific background to lead and develop policy within the Low Carbon Fuels Regulation team and help deliver UK climate change commitments. Find out more and apply by Monday 29 April.

Supergen Energy Networks Hub flexible funding for early career researchers

The Supergen Energy Networks Hub has launched a first funding call inviting proposals from early career researchers, which offers a great opportunity to access support from the hub. To submit an expression of interest, please review the call documentation, which includes the link to the online submission form, the scope of the call, who is eligible to apply and how to register your interest.

Supergen ORE Hub flexible fund programme – call for proposals    

Supergen Offshore Renewable Energy (ORE) Hub is seeking research proposals from universities and other institutions eligible to hold UKRI awards to facilitate a programme of coordinated UK-led ORE research projects, aligned and in partnership with the hub. Find out more and apply.

PRIMaRE conference – call for abstracts

The Partnership for Research In Marine Renewable Energy (PRIMaRE) is calling for abstracts for the sixth PRIMaRE conference. The conference will take place at Cardiff University on 3 and 4 July. Find out more

Imperial Network of Excellence in Sustainability through Life Cycle Approaches 

This new network aims to connect lifecycle-related research and researchers across Imperial College London and provide links to alumni, external practitioners and groups active in using and applying lifecycle methodologies in their various fields. It also aims to assist those new to the field, interested in incorporating a lifecycle component into their work. Look out for launch event details in the coming weeks.
