It was great to see everyone at Grand Designs Live in Birmingham this month. Thanks to all who dropped by. It was wonderful hearing about the amazing ideas you have for your dream homes and renovations and it was a pleasure, being able to give you advice and guidance.

We are delighted to announce that in September we won the 2018 International Design & Architecture Award, for our Rum Point Project in the Cayman Islands. The Rum Point Project was also chosen as the first edition front cover of Maison et al, a brand new international Architecture & Real Estate magazine.

Philippa Walker ARB, PPD Architecture, Kingston University, London, 2016

Philippa has experience in a variety of sectors from health care to large-scale residential and mixed used developments. Her design process is client focused as she follows the project through to all stages

Architectural Assistants

Juliana Mockdece, Federal University of Rio De Janeiro (URFJ), Brazil, 2012

During her time in Brazil, Juliana worked on different scales of residential projects - single houses, blocks of flats, and projects of big dimensions such as the Olympic Athletes Village - Rio 2016.

Enrique Santiago ARB, Universidad of Alcalá, Spain, 2013

A fully qualified Architect, Enrique is skilled in residential and mixed-use projects. He is also well versed in interior design, landscaping and sustainable design. Enrique enjoys working within an international team, solving design and technical challenges with innovative and creative solutions.

Favourite NTA Project: Stockgrove House, Buckinghamshire

Alexander Waithe - Leicester De Monteford University, 2015

Since university, Alex worked on multiple projects internationally including Thailand, Los Angeles (USA) and Singapore, and with a variety of high end clients such as Ralph Lauren and Armani. He loves contemporary designs, especially when juxtaposed with traditional elements.

Fiona Leckning

Previously working as a centre manager, Fiona wanted a change of scenery, and chose to join our team here at NTA. “It is great to work for NTA as you get to know your colleagues really well and appreciate their individual talents. The views from the Studio are so wonderful and enhance every day here, making it a lovely working environment.”

Farm House, Hertfordshire

Contemporary new build, that utilises stone and white concrete elements that compliment the landscape. It's especially stunning in the autumn golden hour.

Aylesbury Vale House, Buckinghamshire

As an equestrian centre, the site was flat with a tree procession driveway that created a visual high point to the site. The house mimics this, providing a statuesque building in this low lying land.
