Planning Permissions Granted
Congratulations to our team and the owners of a new project in St Albans, who have just received planning permission in July for the 5 bedroom replacement dwelling.
The development comprises the demolition of the existing detached 3-bedroom house and replace with one detached dwelling with associated parking and landscaping.
The new dwelling is designed to a high architectural standard, would meet current building regulation standards in respect of thermal insulation, and would improve the immediate setting of the site.
The proposal will restore a clear sense of order and provide a sequence of light-filled spaces that flow freely into each other and out into the garden.
We believe this project will positively enhance the existing plot and provide a sympathetic and considered evolution of the street scene.
