Planned Parenthood estimates that 2 to 9 percent of pill users will get pregnant in any given year.
Heal Without Harm legislative initiative introduced

On Thursday, March 9th, 2017, State Sen. Terry Moulton and State Rep. Joel Kleefisch, along with Sens. Vukmir, Testin, Stroebel, Craig and Nass and Rep. Bernier, introduced the Heal Without Harm Legislative Initiative.

This package of two complementary bills, the Fetal Remains Respect Act and the Unborn Child Disposition and Anatomical Gift Act, seeks to demonstrate respect for unborn children by 1) outlawing the future exploitation of aborted children for fetal body parts (defined as tissue, organ or another part of an aborted unborn child); and 2) providing families, doctors and scientists with ethical sources of fetal tissue.

The Fetal Remains Respect Act prohibits the trade and use of fetal tissue derived from the intentional taking of a human life after Jan. 1, 2017.

The Unborn Child Disposition and Anatomical Gift Act requires health care facilities to inform parents of the ability to offer an anatomical gift from their stillborn or miscarried child.

Pro-Life News

DEFUND PP: Planned Parenthood swiftly rejected Monday a proposal by President Donald Trump that would have pledged his support for federal funding for the organization if it ceased providing abortion services. PLW: Planned Parenthood's CEO Cecile Richards called abortion a "vital" service it's "proud" to offer women.

GLOBAL ABORTIONS: The Canadian initiative is a three-year plan that will put $650 million toward programs that will incorporate advocacy, sex education, contraceptives, and "safe abortion" access. PLW: Liberal feminists need not fear. The ultra liberal Canadian prime minister is using Canada's tax revenue to fund abortion worldwide, despite many Third-World Countries not wanting it.

STUDENTS ACT: A Students for Life memorial to children killed in abortion was vandalized at the University of Colorado in Boulder last week. PLW: Students for Life has more than 1,000 active groups on college campuses in the U.S., and their strength shows that younger generations are pro-life.

40 DAYS: Are the 40 Days for Life prayer vigils intimidating women? One woman in North Carolina thinks so. PLW: The mission of the 40 Days for Life is to be a prayerful, peaceful presence, and Pro-Life Wisconsin always urges vigil participants to be peaceful. This woman is misreading those on the sidewalks.

WYOMING: Two new abortion restrictions passed, including a law which prohibits using tissues from aborted fetuses for experimentation. PLW: More and more states are upholding the dignity of human life by banning research on aborted baby body parts.

FORCED TO HAVE ONE: A woman said she's now pro-choice because she was forced to kill her unborn child because the girl was likely going to die before birth anyway. PLW: It's perverted mercy to think it's best to kill a person because she will die soon anyway.

PREGNANCY RESOURCE CENTER: This is a great story of a mom choosing life after having an appointment at a pregnancy resource center in Missouri. These stories are happening all the time, and we are so thankful for the caring staff and volunteers at these centers.
