Is it time for a mid-Canada corridor?

Canada's middle -- full of resources -- is scarcely populated... and that needs to change, says urban planner John van Nostrand.

Developing a mid-Canada corridor with infrastructure and permanent communities, would address some major issues, perhaps most urgently Aboriginal relations, says Van Nostrand.
