Hoggard HS Graduate Robinson Snider Runs 14:15:58
(Nashville, TN) - 14:15.58 in the 5K!
Former Without Limits and Hoggard High School standout Robinson Snider went nuclear at the Music City Challenge, rattling off 4:35/mi average - finishing 10th overall. The Ole Miss Senior has been a major contributor for both the school's Track and XC teams, both teams are ranked in the top 20 in the NCAA polls. This Wrightsville Beach native's effort might be the fastest ever from a southeastern North Carolina athlete. Times that fast have to be put into a very small list for comparison. 14:15 is better than that of the UNCW GOAT, and the mad genius behind Laney’s running programs Sam Bobbit, who rocketed a 14:23.64 for his UNCW Team in 1993. And, faster than Wilmington Without Limit's owner Tom Clifford's sub 14:28 road race effort in 2012.

Robinson and his teammate Jamie Witmer were a part of the original/early Without Limit’s training groups and summer camps. They joined their former coaches and other program leaders on a recent Podcast highlighting what the journey has been like so far. Check it out.

2020-21 Girls Cross Country Runner of the Year: Kaitlyn Obremski
(Wilmington, NC) - Back to Back #1.
Congratulations to Without Limits phenom Kaitlyn Obermski, sophomore at Topsail High School, who was selected as the Coastal Preps Cross Country Runner of the Year. The Mideastern Conference Champion finished every regular season event in first place except the State Championship, where she lost by :14 seconds. Her 17:37 (2020) and 17:30 (2019) finish times represent two years in a row that she was in the top two in North Carolina, and the Top 100 in the United States. Kaitlin has been running in the Without Limits Youth Program since she was six years old. She also runs at the Without Limits Youth Summer Camp (limited registration open 2021).
Her older sister, Makayla, just signed with ECU on a running scholarship where she will join another former Without Limits camper Paxton Chitty as Pirate harriers.
Just this week, another member of this powerhouse group, WOL Camper and Laney standout Bella Bufalini, committed to Pitt, where her parents met in the track and field program.
This group will join eleven other Without Limits Youth athletes currently competing at the college level.

The Runner's High Vol. 12: Run Streak Convert - From Hater to Believer
Run Streak? No Thanks.
Run streaks. Why? I didn’t get them. I mean, they are cool and all, but the idea of having to run every day just to say I did it never appealed to me. I have always believed in solid recovery and didn’t feel I had any thing to prove to myself. Nah…no streaking for me. Final answer.
And then I talked to Russ...
