S&RV launch new Junior Performance Program

Squash & Racquetball Victoria aims to provide regular, structured and supervised training opportunities for players across Victoria, consistent with the S&RV performance pathway. The Junior Performance Program (JPP) registrations are now open, and we encourage any junior player to apply. 

The JPP will be made up of two squads. Firstly the State Squad, an invitational squad consisting of the top 4 players of the state in their age bracket (as at the date of the AJC 2020). Secondly, the Foundation Squad, which is open to players wanting to develop their game, or challenge for state selection.

Please note that registrations for the JPP close Friday 31st January. Check out our website to find out more or to register for the program.

Around the clubs

Like everyone, the team at Squash & Racquetball Victoria have been saddened by the horrific devastation caused by the current bushfires. 

However, during this time we have also seen incredible unity, strength and hope. We are reminded of the generosity of our community, and the ability for people to come together in support of those fighting the fires and those who have been affected by this tragedy. Check out the details below of some of the great ways the squash and racquetball community is working to make a difference:

Mountain Districts Open - first Grand Prix event for 2020!

Kickstart your 2020 squash campaign with a bang at the 55th annual Mountain District Squash Open - held 31st Jan - 2nd Feb.

With both Open and Graded events on offer, players of all abilities are encouraged to enter.
