TREA’s next workshop is on Wednesday, March 20, 7-9pm at Grosvenor Lodge, 1017 Western Road.  The topic is 'Emergency Preparedness'. For those interested in all facets of the agricultural industry and new technology, the London Farm Show might be of interest, March 6-8 at the Agriplex, Western Fair District and the BMO Centre. Tickets $16.
 
The City has a Good Neighbourhoods talk March 6, 6:30-9:00pm at Civic Gardens Complex on Springbank Drive. Maxim Bragoli and Carlo Primiani from La Pepiniere / Espaces Collectifs in Montreal will speak. Hear about their transforming of underused public spaces into vibrant community spaces.
 
TREA is pleased to be a pollinator garden champion for the Pollinator Pathways Project. Attend their Introduction presentation at Reimagine March 11, 6-7pm. We must engage bee support across London.
 
Fanshawe College is hosting the TD Urban Design Competition on Saturday, March 16, 2019. Keynote speaker is Gil Penalosa, Director, 8 - 80 Cities, from 9-10am, Room D1060.  He will be speaking on ways to design cities that are safe, healthy and convenient for people 8 - 80 years old.   He will also be the lead judge for the student presentations in the competition. Register free at Eventbrite @ TD Urban Design Competition 2019 Transit Village. Parking is free on Saturdays at Fanshawe.
