Hello again. TREA will look to send out a newsletter monthly or bi-monthly depending on activities underway and information to share. Thank you for your patience.

July has been a busy month with 2 new summer students on board - TREA welcomes Jessica and Scout. TREA has had another successful year helping World Partnership Walk and Home County Folk Festival at Victoria Park.  TREA trains volunteers and oversees Ecostations where volunteers sort materials to help increase waste diversion and composting. TREA also took on the dishwashing program Home County has to cut down on waste, something TREA facilitated until Maryanne moved from London. Following 2013, another group took this on but this year they had other commitments so TREA has helped out again.

TREA is starting to expand composting awareness efforts by attending smaller park special events in London promoting waste diversion and composting. Our thanks goes to those inviting TREA to help –
Luis Patricio – volunteer for OEV soccer wrap-up – June 24
Heather Cabral – organizer of Inspiration Fest – July 23
ReForest London – organizer of Forest Festival – Aug 19
