Hi Everyone- Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts in this group. We read your posts and take them extremely seriously. I don't post often, but have been involved with Pioneer for about 40 years and recognize a lot of you!
I wanted to take a moment to confirm, as many of you have suspected, we are facing several issues in dealing with the disruption to supply chains, raw material sourcing, and employment. We have many, many openings at all our manufacturing facilities and are working incredibly hard to fill those slots so we can produce more balloons. It’s our responsibility to come through for all of you. You’re the only reason we’re in business and believe me, we very much want you to like us as much as we love all of you!
Please remember that latex is a perishable natural commodity and the shutdowns, changes in raw materials, availability of mechanical parts, and lack of employees all have cascading effects on smooth operations. Sadly, we’ve lost employees in our operations to the COVID crises and feel the pain of our global community directly. We are prioritizing the safety of our employees while doing everything we can to make as many balloons available as possible.
As always, please let us know when you experience issues with our products. We continually strive to meet and exceed your expectations and want to know when we have perhaps fallen short.
