European Elections - Thursday May 23rd - School Closed to Pupils
As these elections are going ahead, Woodfield School will be used as a polling station. As a result, will be closed to pupils on Thursday May 23rd.
International Evening - Date Change
Woodfield School will be celebrating our multicultural community again. The date for this has changed from Wednesday 22nd May from 5pm-6.30pm to Wednesday 12th June. We apologise for this late(ish) change, but we'd like to hold the festival outside of Ramadan so all our community can get maximum enjoyment out of the evening.
The International Evening is a chance to cook, taste and share your national dish with other parents, pupils and their family, alongside entertainment. A range of free food covering all the continents of the world will be available. If you would like to participate and cook your national dish, please contact Patsy or Mr Murray. Look out for further information and tickets for this event.
Brent SEND Review
Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) will carry out jointly a re-visit of your local area following the previous joint inspection of SEND that took place in May 2017.
The re-visit will evaluate how effectively leaders have addressed the areas of serious weaknesses detailed in the written statement of action (WSoA).
During the re-visit, Ofsted and CQC inspectors will be keen to speak to as many children and young people and their parents and carers as possible, specifically about the weaknesses identified in the WSoA

There is an open meeting, which will focus on areas identified in the WSoA, taking place on Monday 13th May 2019 at Barham Primary School, Danethorpe Road, Wembley, Middlesex, HA0 4RQ from 5.30 – 7.00pm (refreshments from 5.00pm).
