For Financial Advisors, 401(k) Third Party Administrators, 401(k) Vendors (Recordkeepers), Accountants and Insurance Agents.
In this, the inaugural edition of the Advantage Resource Newsletter, we introduce our three course series of workshops, "Prevailing Wage for Service Providers". This series focuses on a Contractor's considerations when implementing an employee benefit program. It is designed to educate and familiarize those who provide services to Construction Contractors with the nuances and details of Prevailing Wage, to include benefit requirements, calculation methods, and regulation compliance. All three courses are approved for CE/CPE by the Kentucky Department of Insurance, the Kentucky Board of Accountancy, and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Board.
Prevailing Wage Basics for Service Providers - 2.0 hrs
Prevailing Wage Benefit Program and 401(k) Plan Design - 3.0 hrs
Ethics and Contractor Expectations - 3.0 hrs
Anyone completing this three course series may choose to be listed on our upcoming “Business Professionals” webpage. This webpage will serve as our reference to the question we often receive: “Who do you recommend?” Contractors have assurance that persons listed here will have completed our course outline and are much better prepared than most to address their prevailing wage issues. In addition, attendees are provided personal access to specific educational materials, tools and features via the Advantage Resource website.
