Bike Law Workshop with Vaccaro & White

Join WE Bike NYC for an informative discussion with some of NYC's top bike lawyers. Steve Vaccaro and Adam White (www.vaccaroandwhite.com) will speak about your rights as a cyclist and what to do if you are in a bicycle crash involving a motor vehicle or are injured as a result of a defective roadway condition. They'll also give advice on how NOT to become a client of the firm with knowledge gained from over 20 years of experience representing injured cyclists and familiarity with the most common and most serious types of crashes. The presentation will end with a Q and A.

This is an all-gender event.

New York Cycle Club: SIG info session and registration

Every spring, the New York Cycle Club offers hundreds of cyclists the opportunity to participate in free progressive training programs, the SIG (Special Interest Group) and STS (Spring Training Series). Both programs -- run by experienced ride leaders -- will jump start your season and explore the wonderful cycling available in New Jersey, Rockland, Westchester, and beyond, as well as welcoming you into the community of New York Cycle Club.
The SIG and STS programs will be running for 2022! The details will be provided at the February 8th NYCC Club meeting. At the meeting, you will also be provided with the exact date and time by which you can register for the programs.

Join NightCAP (Cyclists Against Patriarchy), a social ride for trans & nonbinary people, queer, and allied cis women. Each ride will meet at Herbert Von King Park, and the group will ride to various destinations, decided by leaders each week.
