March: The Month of Green
By Joe Bolick, UNI Business and Community Services

Read on to find out 4 simple things to start doing today to help lessen your environmental impact while making your competitors green with envy.

Resource Provider Highlight
Iowa Waste Reduction Center
By Lea Hensel, UNI Business and Community Services
With over 350 public organizations spanning a vast array of services, it’s no wonder the Resource Navigator is a top choice for Iowa businesses when they need assistance. For March’s Resource Partner, we thought green - St. Patrick’s Day, spring is coming, Earth Day is around the corner. And one of the resource partners at the University of Northern Iowa fits the green topic very well - the Iowa Waste Reduction Center.

Voice of the Customer
Voice of the Customer – The Junior Mint
By Dan Beeken, UNI Center for Business Growth and Innovation
... Kramer’s quote sums up today’s nugget of wisdom – “Who’s gonna turn down a Junior Mint.  It’s chocolate, it’s peppermint.  It’s very refreshing”  (To be honest, I think they are gross.  And evidently, so did Jerry.)

We encounter startups on an almost daily basis who have created the next “sliced bread”, they love it and just know everyone else is going to love it too.  Maybe.
