Leadership Strengths Coaching

Which three leadership strengths do you put into play most regularly?

How easy are they to identify?

On the other hand, which three do you 'over-do' and they become your 'Achilles Heel'?

Leadership Strengths Coaching focuses on an understanding of the use and misuse of your strengths and strategies & practices to increase your leadership effectiveness.

I offer three coaching program options which vary in price and duration.

Business has been busy after a very slow start to the year - I've been speaking at & designing conferences, facilitating several leadership programs, coaching and mentoring the many people in my network. And in the spare hours found , together with my colleague Cynthia Mahoney, we've designed a program addressing 'whole life' purpose & passion mapping.

Two days of connecting with you motivation, drive, desires and getting creative with your goals, plans and network to be in the driver's seat in 2014 - this is the mission of 'Driving Your Life'.

If you're responsible for peoples' career transition or have a concern for people who's life direction would benefit with a support map then lead them to our program.

To understand the outcomes, workshop inclusions and to register - please
read further. Referring others attention to our program would be a fabulous gesture. THANK YOU!

Social Media:
YouTube is second to Google as the most used search engine. However I believe it's a valuable communication tool for all leaders. Whilst researching for a conference I was speaking at, this McKinsey&Company article appeared in my Twitter feed! Producing compelling short 'raw' messages which you can instantly share with your team, in particular if geographically spread, is a time-saver.

Social Media statistics are interesting to view and speak of the need to vary our communication mediums to hit the right audience. Melbourne based Frank will keep you up-to-date with Australian data.

And if you want a more visual story on the statistics, watch this great YouTube produced by McCrindle Research - 'Know The Times'.
Three Great Books
I generally have a few books on the go. One in the office, one beside the bed and a few on reading devices! These three have been great reads and they are all written by great women!
