July 2018 Recap

Our annual camping trip with a surprising visit to the Robert Ferguson Observatory, one of the largest public observatories in the country. We saw Saturn, Mars, Jupiter and the Moon in stunning detail. Casual hikes and delicious food capped off a fun trip.
Nakayoshi members convened at the Mountain View Obon festival for an afternoon of volunteering at the food and game booths. We even had time to learn and perform some traditional Obon dancing with the community at the end of the day!
