Distillery Dapples and Tidbits...

Friday, January 27th

Pardon the inconvenience, we are hosting The Catamounts and
FEED: Darkness. Tickets Still Available but limited!
see details below or on our website.

Holy Cacao, Batman!
At long last our rumored "triple chocolate rye" whiskey is available for sampling in the tasting room!
We started with a 100% rye grain bill, including a heavy proportion of "chocolate" roasted rye, and mashed that with actual cacao. Then we fermented the mash, distilled it, and then infused the spirit with more cacao! The result is a truly unique beverage... spicy with rye, dark and bitter with cacao, and softened with medium oak.
This is the tiniest batch we've ever produced... one precious case!... so it won't be around for long. Come for your sips while it's here! (This spirit is not available by the bottle, only by the sip in the arthouse for$10 a pour!)
Tasting Room Happenings...

our tasting room is open Wednesdays and Fridays from 4pm-8:30ish. we usually host live music on Fridays, and sometimes Wednesdays. check our website calendar for focused arthouse events on days other than these, as we host a plethora of music, theatre, film, storytelling, and more! we do not serve food at the tasting room, but you are welcome and encouraged to bring in your own picnic and snacks!

Aural Elixir

Friday 1/13, 6:30pm-8:30ish

What a fine way to usher in the new year with the sweet and powerful depths of this local intoxicating talent! “(Aural Elixir’s unique sound is)… Joni Mitchell’s sly and perceptive confessional meets Fiona Apple’s confrontational doomed romantic, with little hints of Tori Amos’ gonzo earth mother and Carole King’s practical warmth.”

Charlie lives and paints in Longmont, Colorado. He started painting while drinking and snowboarding in Durango, Colorado in 1997. He has since quit snowboarding, and can be found drinking (on occasion) at Still Cellars.
His work "makes a severely profound and significant contribution to turn-of-the-millennium art. With one foot on the beating pulse of youth and the other on the bleeding edge of contemporary culture, I capture ecstatic visions from the crackling nexus of here and now.

**seating is limited!**
Come early to secure a seat and settle with sips!

Like a 21st century Gershwin, songwriter, entertainer, and interviewer, Ira Lisspacks his shows with piano, poetry and passion! His story-filled, character-based songs take you from the ridiculous to the sublime with a gentle, ironic sense of humor.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, through the decades he has performed as stand-up comic, writer, pianist, actor, improviser, singer/songwriter and produced shows at venues all over NYC and Colorado’s Front Range.
His jazz blues piano, deep melodic voice, ironic sense of humor and dramatic storytelling, remind audiences of Tom Waits, Mose Allison, Stephen Sondheim and an unknown Broadway show!
Ira recently developed this variety, music, talk show format to bring local artists to new audiences in a live setting. And, provide an opportunity for artists to talk about their life and work – similar to talkbacks you may have enjoyed after a performance of a drama or play.
Of course, we know that late night TV has presented nationally broadcast, celebrated variety/talk shows for decades. However, it is something else to experience a smaller scale show, locally produced in the beautiful intimate venue of Still Cellars in Longmont.
