Law school alumna creates scholarship for students from southwest Kansas

A new scholarship fund at the University of Kansas School of Law will help provide opportunities to students from southwest Kansas. Elizabeth Schartz, an alumna who grew up in Cimarron, established a new fund intended to support students from less populated areas of the state, with a preference for students from Finney, Ford, Gray or Hodgeman counties.
