Building Dignity's 2014 Annual Report
Dear friends and supporters of Building Dignity,
It is a great pleasure to present our 2014 Annual Report! Here are a few of our major accomplishments from the past year:
Our community education programming reached over 100 children and youth.
We launched our new Academic Enrichment program focused on mathematics and reading with 18 students. 100% of teachers reporting observed an improvement in these students' grades.
54 young people participated in our Voices of Youth program where survey research demonstrates improvement in self-esteem, teamwork, and leadership.
Six of our Voices of Youths graduates became volunteers and ambassadors for Building Dignity, contributing 28 hours of service per week.
Building Dignity lent its support to a number of community development projects that included paving roads, rejuvenating public space, and opening a community kitchen.
We invite you read more by downloading the 2014 Annual Report here.
We would like to thank all of our donors, as this work would not be possible without you! We are so thankful for your kindness and generosity, the impact of which is evident in this year’s Annual Report.
We would like to give special thanks to donors that have already made contributions in 2015. These donations help us to maintain our operating budget throughout the year.
