March may come in like a lion, but it's still my favorite month. It's what I call the "shift month". As the late, great Dr. Wayne Dyer put it, "the shift" is when you stop striving and start arriving. This is where change happens. And it March it tells us Spring is just around the corner, daylight savings will bring more sunshine and
I will complete another trip around the sun.
But, I have a few more reasons to celebrate the shift.

FIT FOR LIFE
Health and fitness is a big part of my life. I've seen the changes that it has brought to both my mental and physical state and it's truly opened doors. Most recently at QVC where I am making my return! I've joined the Health and Fitness on-air team and will be launching a new fitness product during the
International Women's Day show on March 8th!
I can not wait to share with you and inspire others
on their fitness journeys!

I JOINED THE DRILL TEAM!
Well, technically, that's a jig saw. But, see what I did there?
I was back on set with my friends at Formica and Aurora Films in January. I completed a number of DIY project videos for their website and youtube which should be released soon.
If you missed my last set of videos, here's the link.
When the new ones post, I'll be sure to share!

CREATE, LEARN & GROW
Finally, if there is one thing I've learned from being in this business, it's that there is always room to create, learn & grow. This past year, I found myself diving head first into workshops and projects that challenged me. My dad used to say, "do things in life that continue to massage the neurons". In other words, stay active, let your nerves be your energy.
If you're in the NY area, I highly recommend these workshops/programs that worked the ol' neurons.
