A new way of keeping in touch....

Welcome... my very first newsletter! This is something I've meant to do for a very long time (along with revamp my website - (done!) and put together resource sheets for pregnancy and birth (also done!)) and I hope it's okay I've popped into your inbox unannounced...
I'm in your inbox either because I've worked with you in the past, you've expressed an interest in my work or because you know me! However, I truly won't take offence if you'd prefer to unsubscribe by clicking the link down below. If you stick with me, I cross my heart and sincerely promise not to flood your mailbox. My aim is to send a little note no more than once a month to catch you up on the latest goings on and share things I've found inspiring and useful and hope you will too.

Taking the 'hippy' out of hypnobirthing

I am beyond excited to let you know that my first book is to be published next month by the incredible Pinter & Martin - the final, final proofs went off to the printers yesterday, eeeeeek!

I've been dreaming of this for years, the past nine months have literally been my own pregnancy and birth - something I wrote about on my blog here and I'm nervous and excited about it being out there in the world in equal measure.

There's a few things you can do to help spread the word, if you feel so inclined...
You can buy the book of course, either from Pinter & Martin directly (half of their income is invested in new books, and they get twice as much per book if you buy direct from them!) from Amazon, or from me directly (see below for party invite!)

There's a Facebook page for the book which you could "like", comment on and share; and if you're a social media flirt please shout about it on Facebook, twitter, mumsnet, netmums - everywhere and anywhere! Each of you can play a huge part in increasing the awareness of how helpful hypnosis for birth can be.

Born in Stoke Newington and I are going to throw a little shindig to celebrate the book being born and you're all invited!
There will be cake, balloons and bubbles and it would be wonderful to see you all for a catch up and a hug! Everyone is welcome, bumps, babies, toddlers... just let me know via the button below, or email, text or call and I can't wait to see you all!

Repeat after me...

Affirmations helped me enormously while putting together
'Why HypnoBirthing Matters", you can find a whole range of images and affirmations to download from my Facebook page here.
Have them as your phone, iPad, laptop home screen and screen saver and
drip feed more helpful thinking into your every day life!

It's not all about birth...

Combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Hypnosis is dynamic in helping people create change in their lives, at any time in life. I'm honoured to be a part of The Well Garden team at Hackney Downs using CBT, hypnosis, mindfulness and meditation for a wide range of "issues".

I'll write more about Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) in next month's newsletter, along with news of new products from Berry & Bloom (my aromatherapy range) and exciting news for expectant and new parents in Hackney...
In the meantime Spring is a-springing - I can't stop taking pictures of all the buds and flowers whilst out walking the dog, below is one from yesterday! Enjoy!!! x
