Buskers are a precious part of Festivals and we love supporting them however we can. Hidden treasures they are. For 2019, we have two local cafes on board and have programmed acts at each: Melo Velo and the Blackwood Café. Our Blackwood Stage in the Food Court will have a great mix of Buskers, Albany TAFE performers and Bunbury’s Rock N Roll High… And of course the wonderful impromptu buskers throughout the festival and town.
Our Festival takes place in the precious area of Australia's South West. As a local community event, we strongly feel the responsibility of minimising our environmental impact and creating opportunities to raise awareness on environmental issues. The NMF engages directly with the challenge of environmental sustainability through its Green Steps Initiative. Our aim is to take a few green steps each year and to keep the Nannup Music Festival at the forefront of environmentally friendly event management.
