What's New With Us
Sorry for this much-abbreviated newsletter. October has been a bittersweet, hectic and emotional draining month for us. Besides the usual seasonal preparations for heading south, our new Ram 3500 truck finally arrived. We've needed to break it in and get things set up for it to tow our Cougar fifth wheel.
So far I'm loving it and looking forward to what it can do. It pulls our trailer almost without effort. A big step up from the Old Blue, even though it was a sad day to see him drive off with a new owner.

On October 10th, I had to say goodbye to my beloved beagle, Angie. She had reached the ripe old age of 15 years 7 months but was succumbing to various ailments. Owners know their dogs, and I knew it was time to let her go. She went in peace with no fear.

Thanks so much for all the well wishes and condolences. If you haven't seen it yet, I put together a Tribute to Angie video. I know a lot of people fell in love with Angie through my photos and videos. I wanted to share her life's journey with us from puppyhood to the final days. Warning: Tissues may be required.
I will return next month with a full (hopefully more upbeat) newsletter for you as we shift into snowbird travel mode with the new truck! Stay tuned Ray
