Come join as we celebrate the International Year of the Pulse! We will be meeting at local favorite Surly Brewing in Minneapolis, MN on February 24. Register by February 10.
Your night will include ample networking with fellow colleagues over Surly’s extraordinary beer and artfully crafted dinner menu from Chef Jorge Guzman. Dinner options include Guinea Hen, Salmon (gluten free), and Ricotta Agnolotti (vegetarian).
A diverse set of industry speakers will share knowledge on a wide array of different pulses in addition to showcasing their many unique and new applications in the food industry today.
Presentations will consist of an overview of the pulse category, technology and product design.
