Guest Speaker: John Sweeney, Director of Food Applications for Cargill North America
John has worked for Cargill for over 22 years as a QA chemist, microbiologist, fermentation specialist, QA manager, Beverage technical leader, VP of Tech Sales and Service and Director of Food Applications. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Technical Sales and Service for Cargill’s Cocoa and Chocolate Business for North America where he had responsibility for Quality, Technical Service and Product Development. His experience includes ingredient development, food processing, food safety, quality management and food and beverage product development.
