Milk is the only food that was designed to provide all the nutrition needed for the newborn and as such is often thought to be "nature's most perfect food". Why should we mess with mother nature? Unfortunately, one size does not fit all when it comes to dairy foods. Through investments in research and innovation, a wide range of science and technology has been used to improve dairy foods' safety, quality, and product offerings to applications. Yet, there remains unmet challenges and opportunities. Changing expectations for foods and food ingredients by consumers and food companies will drive future generations of dairy product innovation.

Donate Cash or Items for the 2016 Silent Auction for Student Scholarships

It’s that time of year – the MN-IFT Silent Auction Committee is looking for donations for the Annual Silent Auction.  The Silent Auction is held each year in February in conjunction with a live auction at the MNIFT-AACC Dinner Meeting and raises funds for local and national student scholarships.  Last year the Silent Auction raised over $6000 to help excellent undergraduate and graduate students pay for school and attend the National IFT Annual Meeting to present their work!
Help out a great cause with a tax-deductible donation and advertise your company at the same time!  The Silent Auction Committee is seeking donations of cash, items, or experiences for the auction.
